Refund & Cancellation Policies:

1.Refund Policy: Entitled to full Refund if the cancellation is done 72 hrs before the booked time.Any cancellations thereafter, will not be entitled to any refund. Refund requests must be made by contacting our customer support team.
The refund processing time will be 7 days after your refund request.
2. Cancellation Policy: For cancellations before 72 hours, cancellation charge of Rs.1500/will be deducted from the payment. Cancellation requests must be made by contacting our customer support team.

Pricing Policy:

1. Cost: Our Banquet hall rental rates are based on the booking time, duration, and other factors. For company meetings and events prices shall be on hourly basis shown in our website. 25% of the total payment shall be paid as advance amount for booking confirmation.The balance amount shall be paid before the commencing of your event. For marriages and receptions, refer to the prices stated in our website. Our pricing is subject to change without notice.
2. Payment: We accept payments through Cashfree Payments, which offers various payment methods, including credit card, debit card, net banking, and UPI.
